I've been getting so many questions about how I'm able to still perform and dance this far into my pregnancy, so I thought now was a great time to share with you some of the workouts I do during the week to keep me feeling my best through all these brand new, exciting changes! Before I got pregnant I knew when that time came I wanted to make it a priority to stay fit during pregnancy, whether it's walking on the treadmill or doing light workouts to have a healthier journey, easier delivery, and faster snapback. I feel so fortunate that my fiance is a such a knowledgeable trainer and is able to give me safe workouts that keep me feeling so amazing! If you are currently pregnant and have been cleared from your doctor to work out, hopefully these exercises can give you an idea of what you can do during the week.
